Chicago Academy High School now boasts the first synthetic turf field installed for the Chicago Public School system. After an exhaustive interview process dissecting such topics as safety, athletic performance, innovative technology and durability, Sportexe was chosen to provide the synthetic turf system for the school.

The state-of-the-art synthetic turf system replaced an old asphalt parking lot, providing a vibrant green aura to the north side neighborhood. The field covers over 84,600 square feet and hosts the Chicago Academy's football and soccer home games. The teams can also practice on the surface 365 days a year due to the durability of the surface.
