Sportexe University opens its doors in Calhoun, Georgia and will lead the way in establishing best practices and new standards for Sportexe, and the turf industry. Designed by Sportexe, with the assistance of the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech), this world-class training and certification program allows us to have a seamlessly integrated delivery system that links pre-installation with post installation and after sales service - so we achieve the highest levels of excellence. No one else can say this. Our certification programs will soon go beyond installation and include programs for our sales teams, contract managers, purchasing and manufacturing personnel. We hope these exemplary programs continue our culture of quality throughout every aspect of every activity.

Georgia Tech: A Dynamic Partner
Georgia Tech is ranked very high among technical universities in the U.S. and around the world. Sportexe has enlisted Dr. Jorge Vanegas, Professor of their School of Civil and Environmental Engineering, and one of their top experts in best practices for the construction industry, in designing this exemplary program. In a joint collaboration with Vanegas, Senior Research Engineer, Dr. Annie Pearce, from the Georgia Tech Research Institute is also contributing her extensive knowledge of professional development to this project. The result is a turf installation delivery system that ensures proper execution, proper quality and proper performance at all levels. According to Vanegas, “My goal is to develop something good enough that other people would like to model, clone, borrow, or use.” Vanegas continues, “But, in doing so, they will only be second; Sportexe will be first.”
